I had the same problem with my daughter when I breastfeeding and when that happen I use to make out that she was drinking from her boob that she love and most of the time it but I think the reason I had trouble with my right boob was because I had problems with it the beginning so I use try not to feed her off that boob cause it hurt to much. Maybe lay down and make out that he is getting the boob that he likes but instead he is getting the one that he doesnt like that much and try not stress either and I know its hard but good luck and hope that has help abit.
